PIONEERING SPORTS AND CULTURAL VENUE, BEAUTIFULLY SHOWCASING JUNCKERS NEW PRINT TECHNOLOGY

TunnelArena is a new, pioneering sports and cultural venue, developed and realized by the Børnebasketfonden (Children’s Basketball Foundation), located in the former Tunnel Factory in Nordhavn, Copenhagen. The vision behind the project is to create a unique meeting point where sport, culture, and the local community come together under one roof. The arena stands out with its iconic design and strong connection to the city’s ongoing urban development.

For the central basketball court – the natural focal point for clubs, events, and public activities – TunnelArena selected Junckers PC44 sports floor. The court is particularly noteworthy as it is one of the very first in the world to feature Junckers’ printing technology, creating a striking visual identity that perfectly matches the arena’s character.

With the PC44 floor, TunnelArena benefits from a high-performance sports surface that combines professional performance, safety, and comfort with a bespoke graphic design solution.
