Busan Art Center

Where history, design, and craftsmanship converge.

This site carries profound historical significance, having been under U.S. Army control for 50 years and previously serving as a colonial racecourse. The park’s design reflects this history with wave-like elements symbolizing "grasping the land." Central to the park is a 2,000-seat vineyard-style auditorium, shaped like a floating boat, representing Busan’s maritime identity.

Junckers is privileged and proud to be part of the incredible work done by the WTC team in South Korea. Our timeless craftsmanship in Danish-designed wooden flooring can now be experienced at Busan International Arts Center located in Busan Citizen Park.
