ABC SPORTS SETS A NEW STANDARD FOR THE PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL LEAGUE
ABC Sports learned the City of Arecibo was looking for a new portable hardwood sports floor for their professional basketball team.
The existing portable floor was old, and installed by screwing through the wood and into the concrete.
This system was “hard”, offering almost no performance benefits. ABC Sports presented Junckers ProComplete 44 System to the City, educated the committee on the safety and performance benefits of a suspended solid wood floor system, and the decision was made to start the 2020 season with the best performing portable floor on the market.
The court size is roughly 6’ x 100’. The graphics and solid keys and boarders were all painted during the initial set up. The pre-attached black reducers around the perimeter of the floor, act like a frame around a beautiful picture.
The owners, the coaches, and most importantly the players, are all pleased with the look and performance. ABC Sports believes they have set a new standard for portable sports flooring for their professional basketball league, and within the first month of use, have already been asked to consult on new floors for neighboring facilities.
