Acclaimed Architect Cary Tamarkin chose Junckers for the condominiums and townhouses of 10 Sullivan – his 16 story residential building in SoHo.

The building’s 21 condominiums and four townhouses all have high ceilings and bright oak floors, treated with clear oil, creating open living spaces with a nordic feel.
