GENERAL DESCRIPTION
- A fast-drying solvent-based gap filler designed to fill joints and gaps in wooden floor.
- Particularly suitable for industrial parquet and patterned floors such as herringbone flooring.
- Mixed with sanding dust, the filler can be used to fill gaps up to 2 mm wide.
- SB Filler can be used in combination with Junckers floor oils and lacquers.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product: Solvent-based filler to be mixed with sanding dust.
Package sizes: 5 litres.
Appearance: Colourless.
TECHNICAL DATA
Coverage: Approx. 10 m² per litre.
Before application: Shake/stir well before use.
Application tools: Broad full-edged spatula of stainless steel.
Substrate temperature: Minimum 15 °C.
Dilution: Not recommended.
Drying time at 20 °C and 50 % RH:
Approx. 30-45 minutes depending on the depth of the joints.
Cleaning of tools: Methylated spirits.
Storage: Lasts for 2 years if unopened and stored at 20 °C.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Untreated/sanded floors:
- Ensure that the surface is clean, dry and free from dust, wax, oil, lacquer, grease, polish and soap residues.
- The final sanding before application should be carried out with 120-150 grit sandpaper.
- Mix sanding dust into the filler until a thick but spreadable paste is obtained.
- Spread the paste using a stainless steel spatula.
- When dry, sand with 150-180 grit sandpaper.
- Vacuum thoroughly and proceed with oil or lacquer application.
